Hosted by the Joint HQ of Latvian National Armed Forces, the 34th meeting of the MCCE WB was held in Riga, on the 5-6 Nov 2024.
Twenty-four of the participating nations were present.
In addition to agreement on the normal points such as budget and manning, the WB agreed to changes on four MCCE Job Descriptions.
The Standing Advisory Working Group (SAWG) briefed on the initial output from their work on the TA amendments.
The Chairperson of the Ad-hoc Working Group for MCCE Future & Adaptation, which was established after the last Steering Board, presented some of its findings about the future of MCCE.
The 34th MCCE WB has been one of the most successful WB in MCCE, where idees and thoughts were shared, and where Participant Nations noted and appreciated MCCE services and opportunities provided through mutual trust and confidence.
