On behalf of the host nation, Poland, you are kindly invited to the combined 37th MCCE WB and 53rd MSSC Meeting in Bydgoszcz, Poland  13 – 15 Apr 2026

The 37rd MCCE WB will take place on the 13 – 14th 2026.

The 53rdMSSC meeting will take place on the 15 April 2026.

Registration

Please be kindly informed, that the meeting registration must be completed NLT 6 April 2026. 

For the host nation to plan appropriately, you will be asked to provide certain information during the registration process.

Please be aware that to organise the meetings this website is used jointly. Therefore, please register for the respective meeting/meetings by using the Event Manager system via the following link Registration. During the registration you will be asked to select in which meeting/meetings you would like to participate, please select all that you are participating in.

Conference fees

We kindly inform you that separate conference fees apply for each meeting.

The conference fee is 70€  and will be charged in cash. For your convenience, an invoice will be provided.

Transportation

Transportation to Bydgoszcz, Poland as well as to and from the hotel to the airport is your individual responsibility.
