Registration

Please be kindly informed, that the meeting registration must be completed NLT 1 June 2026. 

For the host nation to plan appropriately, you will be asked to provide certain information during the registration process.

Meeting venue

The meeting will be held on 11 June at the following venue:

Ice breaker

Ice breaker will be at 18:00 on 10 June at Hotel Parc Plaza: 5 Avenue Marie-Thérèse L-2132 Luxembourg

Hosted Dinner

There will be a hosted dinner in the evening of 11 June. Location and timing to follow.

Admin

To organise the meetings, the Event Manager system will be used.

Conference fees

The conference fee is 50€  and will be charged in cash. For your convenience, an invoice will be provided.

Transportation

Transportation to Luxembourg as well as to and from the hotel to the airport is your individual responsibility.  A bus will be provide for transport from the suggested hotel to the meeting venue on 11 June.

Please note that all public transport in Luxembourg is free.
