Annual ATARES and SEOS Coordination Board Meetings 2026

Please be informed about the preliminary arrangements for the annual ATARES and SEOS Coordination Board meetings 2026. The SEOS CB meeting is planned to take place in Eindhoven, NLD, 28 January 2026. The ATARES CB meeting is planned to take place in Eindhoven, NLD, 28/29 January 2026. A combined icebreaker for both meetings will take place on the evening of 27 January 2026 and a combined hosted dinner on the evening of 28 January 2026. The Event Manager system will be used for the coordination of both meetings. You will receive an invitation via the Event Manager through which you will be able to register for the meeting(s). The Event Manager and the website will be updated on a regular basis as additional information becomes available, including the publication of the DRAFT Agenda. The ATARES and SEOS CB meetings provide the opportunity to discuss any amendments to the ATARES and SEOS TA and its annexes. If your nation would like to request changes to either TA, please inform the ATARES or SEOS Secretariat prior to the meeting. You will receive shortly via e-mail the ATARES and/or SEOS update form which requires completion on behalf of your nation to allow the ATARES and SEOS Secretariat to accurately maintain the TA Annexes. If you are not the respective National representative for ATARES / SEOS please forward this email as appropriate.
