33rd AAR OPS Meeting – Stockholm, SWE

On behalf of Sweden as the host nation, MCCE Air to Air Refueling Cell would like to invite you to the 33rd AAR Ops Meeting in Stockholm, Sweden, 10– 12 November 2025. Meeting will be held in the World Trade Centre of Stockholm following the agenda below :
- 10 Nov. : Icebreaker (at 20:00)
- 11 Nov. : Full day of meeting with hosted lunch / Hosted dinner
- 12 Nov. : Half-day of meeting (AM) + hosted lunch
Meeting objectives
The AAR OPS Meeting is a great opportunity to discuss improvements and ways ahead about increasing cooperation and providing mutual benefits to member nations and get updates from the contracting companies that are already working with some of the Participating Nations. Strengthening the AAR community is a key milestone for the cooperation in our AAR domain.
Main meeting objectives are:
- Build confidence and working relations among AAR planners from Participating Nations and the MCCE
- Give an update of AAR cooperation as seen by the MCCE
- Describe and discuss AAR planning/coordination problems and debate practical issues
- Interact with organizations/agencies providing support to PNs for AAR activities
- ATARES/ANAIS update
- National updates
- Companies/organizations updates.

33rd AAR OPS Meeting – Proposed Agenda
Please kindly note that the uploaded programme is only a draft and might be subject to change. Speakers/National Representative are kindly asked to provide a presentation on their national updates, AAR plans, contracts, procedures and projects or any other AAR topics of the interest of the AAR community. Conference Venue
The meetings will take place at the World Trade Centre of Stockholm located at Klarabergsviadukten 70/Kungsbron 1 (Conference room is Sydney). The building is just next door to Stockholm central station. Coffee, snacks, water will be provided during the meeting. Lunch is also included for the 11 Nov. and for the 12 Nov. at the end of the meeting. Registration for the second lunch is requested in the registration form.
World Trade Centre is not an hotel, it is only a conference building. There is no pre-arranged accommodation for this event, You could find a lot of hotels in the vicinity of the WTC.
Social events
An Icebreaker will take place before the meeting, hosted by MCCE, in the evening of the 10 November 2025 at the Boqueria Restaurant&Bar, Jakobsbergsgatan 17. Registration for the icebreaker is requested in the registration form.
A hosted dinner is organized by the Swedish Air Force in the evening of the 11 November. The location is Militärsällskapet, Valhallavägen 104, 1st stair. Registration for the dinner is requested in the registration form.
Admin
To organise the meetings, the Event Manager system will be used.
We kindly inform you that thanks to our host nation, there is no conference fee for the meeting.

- Hosted dinner: Casual
Transportation
Transportation to the conference venue to and from the airport, is your individual responsibility. From airport, bus/train/taxi are available to join Stockholm Train station which is next door to the WTC.
Public transportation will be used from WTC to the hosted dinner place.
