40th AT OPS MCCE / 37th SALCC / 67th HAW meeting

1. Introduction

1.1. The MCCE, SALCC and HAW invite all addressees to attend their joint Ops meeting to be held in Eindhoven NLD. The meetings will be held from 20 to 23 October 2025.
The meetings will start on Tuesday 21 October at 09:00hrs and are scheduled to finish on Thursday 23 October at 17:00hrs.

1.2. The HAW MPC meeting will be held on Tuesday 21 October from 09:00hrs to 17:00hrs.

1.3. The MCCE welcome reception, so-called Ice Breaker, will take place on Tuesday 21 October at 19:00hrs at the Koningshof hotel.

1.4. The AT OPS meeting will start at 08:30hrs on Wednesday 22 October and end at 17:00hrs.

1.5. The SALCC OPS meeting will be held on Thursday 23 October from 09:00hrs to 17:00hrs,.

1.6. Participants are requested to confirm attendance for AT Ops, SALCC and HAW meetings NLT than 06 October 2025 to MCCE.
