Background

The MCCE LOGFAS Movement Execution & Coordination (EVE) course for Exercise Connected Logistician – 2026 (Ex CoLo26) will take place in Eindhoven (AirBase Barrack) from 19 May to  28 May 2026.

The Movement Coordination Centre Europe (MCCE), Eindhoven, Netherlands is organizing LOGFAS Movement Execution and Coordination course. The course attendees will receive a NATO certificate for the LOG-LG-36826 LOGFAS Movement Execution and Coordination Operator (LOGFAS EVE Operator) as this is part of this course.

The course will take for 8 days.

Description:

Information is the key to any modern coalition operation. Therefore there is a clear requirement to provide coherent, useful information to logistic planners on available logistic capability in a multi-national environment. Operators at NCS/NFS as well as in nations are required to be able to manage logistics information by using LOGFAS suite of tools.

Aim:

The course is designed to teach the required skills to capable to analyze Detailed Deployment Plan/Detailed Redepolyment Plan (DDP/DRP) using EVE module of LOGFAS with details and information on how this data can be applied for the Analysis and Planning of Movements and Transportation using the functionality provided by the LOGFAS EVE module. The Course is NATO certified and will meet all Requirements written in ETOC Course description ETOC LOG-LG-36826.

The purpose of the course is to provide military and civilian personnel at NATO, NATO Nation, Partner Nations and Organisations Headquarters with fundamental knowledge of LOGFAS system a way how to monitor and/or control the movements flow, prioritise and deconflict the flow of the forces to, in and out the theatre and to pass the information to all interested parties.

Transportation:

The PICK UP point will be at Sandton Eindhoven Centre parking lot. The MCCE will organize the transport for students to the Air Base and back. The bus will leave from the hotel parking lot 07:30 every morning and come back at the end of the day.

According to the regulations of the Dutch army, the bus will not run if less than 10 people register for it. In this case, please help each other with the journey. Or take bus No. 400 to the Airport. The bus leaves from the Central Railway Station to the Airport and approx. 10 minutes walk to the Airbase.

Transportation to and from Eindhoven, The Netherlands, as well as to and from the hotel to the airport is your individual responsibility.

Dress Code:

Military uniform for military personnel (BDU), jacket and tie for civilian participants.

Note:

Due to the large number of applicants, it is necessary to limit the number of participants from one nation to a maximum of 3 PAX.

There are ony 15 seats for the course, so we will have to refuse registrations after the 15 spots are filled, unfortunately.

The course takes place in a barracks managed by the Dutch Army, so we will send an e-mail to those who successfully apply for the course, at a later date to request personal information in order to access the barracks.

All attendees have to carry national passports or IDs.

Training will be conducted in English; in accordance with NATO STANAG SLP 6001, a minimum level of 2222 is required.
