
11th Customs Workshop in Prague, Czech Republic, 16-18 June 2026

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
On behalf of the Chairman Mr. Michel Vink (Netherlands Ministry of Defence ), we are pleased to invite you to the upcoming 11th Customs Workshop.
The 11th Customs Workshop will take place in Prague, Czech Republic, from 16 to 18 June 2026.
- A MCCE-hosted Ice Breaker will take place on 16 June 2026 from 18:00 to 19:30, at the DAP Club Restaurant – Hotel DAP, Prague
- A cultural visit to the Czech Army Museum will take place on Wednesday, 17 June 2026, from 15:00 to 18:00. Transportation from Hotel DAP to the museum and back will be provided by the Host Nation.
- A Hosted Dinner will take place on Wednesday, 17 June 2026, from 19:00 to 21:30, at the DAP Club Restaurant, Hotel DAP, Prague.
Participants are kindly requested to complete their registration no later than 22 May 2026.

Main objectives
The purpose of the workshop is to:
- provide an update on the findings of the 10th Customs Workshops and current status;
- provide updates on national-specific customs procedures and other customs-related topics;
- continue and further improve the NLD/MCCE Customs Workshop;
- network and exchange information and ideas.
2026 Main Topic – Commercial vs Military Use of NATO/EU Form 302
Participating nations are invited to provide practical input on national practices regarding the commercial and military use of NATO/EU Form 302.
To support a focused exchange during the workshop, specific guiding questions will be provided in advance and incorporated into the National Update Template.
The objective is to support a practical exchange of experiences and identify common challenges related to the use of Form 302 across nations.

A block booking has been arranged at Hotel DAP. However, each participant is responsible for making their own individual hotel reservation directly with the hotel.
Please note that Hotel DAP has limited capacity for the workshop, with approximately 30 beds in 15 double rooms. Some additional availability may be possible via waiting list arrangements with the hotel manager.

Meals and social arrangements
Breakfast is included in the hotel room rate.
Lunch is available individually at the Hotel DAP Europa Restaurant or in nearby restaurants.
The average daily lunch menu at Hotel DAP is approximately CZK 185 (EUR 7–8) per person. An individually selected meal from the menu costs approximately up to CZK 200 (EUR 8).
Dinner on non-hosted evenings remains the responsibility of each participant.
The host nation will provide coffee breaks and snacks during the working sessions.
The museum visit is planned as part of the social programme and bus transportation will be provided.
Partners or spouses
Partners or spouses are welcome to attend the social activities organised during the event.
Participation in the social programme for accompanying partners/spouses will be offered by the event organisation.
Admin
To organise the meetings, the MCCE Event Manager system will be used.
We kindly inform you that the conference fee for this meeting is EUR 70 per participant.
The conference fee will be collected by the Host Nation. For your convenience, an invoice will be provided accordingly.

Travel and transportation
Please note that transportation to and from the conference venue / airport is the responsibility of each participant.

Recommended public transport connection from the airport to Hotel DAP:
- Trolley-bus No. 59 to Nádraží Veleslavín
- Metro Line A to Dejvická
- Hotel DAP is located approximately 25 metres from Dejvická metro station
A 90-minute ticket is required and costs approximately CZK 50.
Taxi from the airport to Hotel DAP takes approximately 25 minutes and costs approximately EUR 35–45.
Metro service generally operates from 05:00 until midnight.
Parking
Please note that Hotel DAP has no parking facilities.
A limited number of vehicles may be parked free of charge at the Service Agency area (CZE MoD facility),
