50th IST OPS and 77th SCC Combined Meeting
Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
Dear Sir or Madam,
On behalf of Belgium as the host nation, MCCE Inland Surface Transport Cell and Sea Transport Cell would like to invite you to the 50th IST Ops Meeting and the 77th SCC meeting in Bruges, Belgium, 22 – 25 September 2025.
- The 50th IST Ops Meeting will take place in Bruges, Belgium, 23 September 2025.
- The combined 50th IST Ops Meeting and the 77th SCC Meeting will take place in Bruges, Belgium, 24 September 2025.
- The 77th SCC Meeting will take place in Bruges, Belgium, 25 September 2025
- Also, icebreakers are planned for both meetings to take place on 22 September 2025 and 24 September 2025. On 23 September 2025 and 25 September 2025, social dinners will be organised as well.

Meetings’ objectives

Registration
Please be kindly informed, that the registration must be completed NLT 13 September 2025.
To allow the host nation to plan appropriately, you will be asked to provide certain information during the registration process.
Please be aware that to organise the 50th IST Ops Meeting and the 77th SCC meeting this website is used jointly. Therefore, please register for the respective meeting by using the Event Manager system via the following link
During the registration you will be asked to select in which meeting you would like to participate.
If you are not able to attend the 50th IST Ops Meeting and the 77th SCC meeting, please let us know via email by using the following address ist@mcce-mil.com or sealift@mcce-mil.com.
Conference Venue and Accommodation
The meetings will take place at the Crowne Plaza Brugge, Belgium.

A block reservation has been arranged by the host nation at the Crowne Plaza Brugge. However, each participant is responsible for making their own hotel reservation.
Room Rates
– Single Room: €185 per night
(Rates are per room, per night, and include breakfast and VAT. Tourist tax of €4 per person, per night is not included.)

Please note that reservations can be made until 22 July 2025. After this date, bookings will still be possible; however, room availability cannot be guaranteed.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the arrival date will not incur any charges.
Admin
To organise the meetings, the Event Manager system will be used.
We kindly inform you that separate conference fees apply for each meeting.
Please note that the conference fee is €80 per meeting, conference fees will be collected on site, in cash only. For your convenience, an invoice will be provided.

- Icebreakers: Casual
- Hosted dinner: Casual
Transportation to the conference venue to and from the airport, is your individual responsibility.
